I
don't
want to get all heavy about the One Year Anniversary of what is
now just referred to as 9-11. The purpose of this page is to simply
jog the viewer into remembering a few things.
Where were you on that fatefull 9-11 day? What did you think the
moment you first heard and saw the images on TV? How did you feel
as the planes hit the World Trade Center buildings, the Pentagon
and a Pennsylvania feild? We as a nation and a world watched in
utter disbelief , stunned into a collective gasp of surreal horror.

The
reflections of flames and billowing smoke shooting up into the
sky, the towers collapsing with thousands running for their lives
still haunt our minds eye. You couldn't help but feel the dread
of those unlucky souls that didnt make it out. To imagine waking
up, having breakfast with your family and then going to work only
to be faced hours later with the option of jumping off NYC highest
skyskraper, because the alternative is worse. Fortunately many
were able to get one last panicked phone call out to loved ones
before being consumed by the carnage. I shot these photos on 9-12
and am dedicating them to preserving the memory of the thousands
of victim's who perished and to the brave men and women in the
NYPD and FDNY that died selflessly trying to save them. —
